NGO "Civic Synergy" is to accelerate qualitative changes in the formation of civil society in Ukraine through formal and informal education. Vision – we are convinced that there are real opportunities to turn the mission into reality with the effective unification of the efforts of proactive, socially active, conscious citizens who are dedicated to work aimed at progressive socio-economic changes.

Civic Synergy is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 2019 to promote the development of strong and self-sufficient communities in Ukraine. We believe that real change begins with each individual, with their active participation in the life of their city or village. This includes providing support and resources for internally displaced people (IDPs) and veterans who need assistance reintegrating into society.

At the heart of our work is the idea of unlocking the potential of every citizen. We believe that investing in human capital is the best investment in the future of the country. That is why we organize educational programs and training aimed at developing leadership qualities, entrepreneurial thinking, and effective communication skills. We also conduct specialized training programs on grant writing and provide support to IDPs and veterans, helping them access necessary resources and build a new life.

The Center for Sustainable Community Development of the NGO "Civic Synergy" provides expert support to facilitate the green transition of communities in Ukraine. We help communities develop and implement sustainable development strategies that address economic, social, and environmental challenges.

Our approach focuses on empowering communities to become resilient and self-sufficient, promoting eco-friendly practices, and fostering long-term sustainability. Through tailored support, workshops, and collaborative projects, we aim to build the capacity of local leaders and residents to drive positive change for a sustainable future.

• Conclusion and implementation of interuniversity agreements on inclusive digital education via multi-institutional inclusive virtual campus (MIIVC).
• Development of internal policies on organization, providing and quality assurance of digital education via MIIVC.
• Adaptation of participants’ educational digital systems, elaboration, and implementation of the MIIVC.
• Development of staff and students’ skills to enrich and exploit the MIIVC to provide and conduct an inclusive digital study.
• Providing of inclusive digital study as an optional component of HEIs’ educational programs.
• Promoting international cooperation between HEIs.
