Civic Synergy is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 2019 to promote the development of strong and self-sufficient communities in Ukraine. We believe that real change begins with each individual, with their active participation in the life of their city or village. This includes providing support and resources for internally displaced people (IDPs) and veterans who need assistance reintegrating into society.

That is why we organize educational programs and training aimed at developing leadership qualities, entrepreneurial thinking, and effective communication skills. We also conduct specialized training programs on grant writing and provide support to IDPs and veterans, helping them access necessary resources and build a new life.
